Erice is a medieval hamlet set on peak of Mount San Giuliano, 700 m on sea level. This town is at approx. 100 km from Palermo and boasts an enchating historic centre with shops of local artisans, hidden squares and narrow alleys. Many monuments can be visited. Nearby there are many interesting places, The Saline of Trapani, Marsala, San Vito Lo Capo, Segesta, Marsala del Vallo and taking a ferry from Trapani, Egadi Islands Casa Erice is located in a quiet, sunny but not isolated spot with panoramic views over the surrounding countryside. It's in the small village of Tangi which is situated in the outskirts of Erice. A characteristic internal court is on the backyard, ideal for al fresco meals, it's furnished with table, chairs, barbecue.There is also an external shower. Cars can be parked in front of the house (alongside the road).
