The cosy and spacious bedrooms have wrought-iron beds and co-ordinated fabrics. It has has access to the beach by walking a 50 meters long narrow path.

There are some interesting localities in the outskirts of the property such as Castellammare del Golfo, Scopello, San Vito lo Capo, Erice, Trapani, Segesta. The villa is located in a wonderful setting: from its terraces guests can look onto the beautiful and fine sandy beach surrounded by the blue Tyrrhenian Sea.  It is possible to enjoy a charming view over the Gulf of Castellammare - from Terrasini as far as to Capo San Vito.The existing seaside village has developed around the ancient tunny-fishing grounds and along the sea-front promenade with its small shops, bars and typical restaurants where it is possible to taste Sicilian gastronomic specialities and excellent fish dishes. The shore is characterized by beautiful and huge sandy beaches with shoals lapped by crystalline waters while the opposite side is enclosed by vine-growing and grape-producing farms with their typical bagli (internal courts).
