Torre del Cozzoverro represents a typical example of the local culture composed of a farm house of 350 square metres and a watch tower of 100 square metres. Interiors still maintain the original wood beams and they are furnished with anitque rustic pieces creating a relaxed ambience. To mention the charming courtyard, called in Sicilian dialect "baglio", paved with local stone and equipped with chairs, a small private pool is embedded in it.

The nearby towns of Ragusa, Noto and Ibla give the visitors to Torre del Cozzoverro much to occupy themselves and at the same time the peaceful and sunny location of the property makes it the ideal place to relax. This restored 18th century 'masseria' (typical farmhouse) is situated on a hill overlooking the alluring countryside of the Modica locality with its corn fields, carob trees, dry stone walls and dazzling blue sea. The property itself is composed of the main farmhouse and adjacent watch tower, and is situated in a beautiful garden (filled with almond trees, a citrus orchard and centuries old olive trees) which surrounds a fantastic hydromassage swimming pool and a large patio for sunbathing.
